Jim Gianquitto retired from the Massachusetts State Police in 1981 after 20 years of service. Jim holds a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker’s License, Massachusetts Builder’s License, and he is a Certified Notary Public. Jim has intensive experience in the construction of single family homes and condominium projects. Supervised the rehabilitation and sales of several projects in the City of Quincy and Boston’s Fenway area. Has worked for several banks in the residential mortgage department. He is presently managing numerous properties in the Hull area.
